Initial release.

Registers a Shop Staff role: full order management (list, open, edit, change status, complete, refund, notes, trash — HPOS and legacy), wp-admin dashboard access, and visibility of the Shop Stock Controls "Reorder needed" widget. No access to products, pages, posts, media, coupons, WooCommerce settings, analytics, or reports — those menus never appear. Capability set is filterable (ssr_capabilities) and versioned so updates re-apply it. Deactivating leaves the role in place so staff are never locked out.
