isolmaSS 0.5.2 — Cloudflare OAuth installation

First Upload starts browser-based Cloudflare Public OAuth/PKCE authorization and account selection. After approval, the app installs a new private Worker and SQLite Durable Object in the selected account, enables its workers.dev address and uploads the pending screenshot. R2, D1, GitHub login and manual secret copying are no longer required. Existing 0.5.1 Worker/R2/D1 resources are not migrated or deleted. Local capture and editing remain available without Cloudflare.

Verification boundary: Rust format, Clippy and 24 existing tests passed; the local Worker HTTP flow and native guided/connected windows were exercised, and the signed installer passed the executable's pinned-key verification. Live Cloudflare authorization and upload in another user's account have not been verified; account owners must accept/test their installation. Cloudflare account limits and possible billing still apply; no zero-cost guarantee.
