• Minor fixes to what is included in wally.
• Added Pack.ManualTuple type pack so you can manually define tuples, this is a better solution than forcing the rest of the arguments to any. This does however mean you have to structure a tuple schema twice, first with the pack datatypes and again in the type system, as the lack of higher order polymorphism means we still cant generate the tuples type from the datatypes.
