Additions

Enables the Union and Any datatypes
Adds the Literal datatype, for use in Unions
Introduces the pack-config.toml file, which makes it easier to set Pack configuration variables. Documentation for this will be released later.
Adds a debugger library which will help you spot issues early in DEBUG mode. Currently this is quite bare bones but it will be expanded in future releases.

Changes

Adds a second optional parameter to Array to set the index type (Between UInt8, UInt16 (default), and UInt32)
