0.4.2 — Undecorated shell taskbar button

Fixed

• An undecorated AppShell now gets a Windows taskbar button. An AppShell or Workbench built with undecorated=True opened with no button in the taskbar, so once another window covered it there was nothing to click to bring it back. A shell with its title bar left on, and an App built with undecorated=True, were never affected. (#507)
