0.4.5 — Special characters and popup focus

Fixed

• Text containing &, { or } now displays as written. A & was dropped, text was cut off at a }, and an unbalanced brace in a window title or translation raised an error. If you wrote && to show &, write & instead. (#515)
• Open menus now close when you switch to another application. MenuButton and ContextMenu menus and searchable Select lists stayed on top of other windows. As with a click outside, a Select closed after typing a filter selects the top match. (#516)
