Description
In an Altium footprint for a pad you can specify the type of Relief Connect (in the properties window, Copper -> All Layers -> Relief Checkbox).
While you can read some data for the relief (ReliefEntries, ReliefAirGap, ReliefConductorWidth, PowerPlaneReliefExpansion) there is no property which displays if the relief is enabled or not.

I should be able to read if the relief is enabled or not
