Fortnite replays now upload themselves. The replay uploader used to be a separate app; it is part of Lobby now. It watches your Fortnite replay folder, waits for a match recording to finish, and sends it — no login and no tournament picker. The tray shows what it last did and can send a replay on purpose.

Sign in with Discord/Google/Twitch/Steam/Epic now works on desktop.

OAuth runs in your default browser (providers block sign-in inside embedded app windows) and returns to the app automatically via the lobby:// link.

Also fixes window controls, launch-at-startup and game detection after the move to joinlobby.gg, and launching the app twice now focuses the running window instead of opening a second one.
