修复部分bug，提升用户体验
导入大量账号后刷新很慢，所以添加导入后不自动刷新控制开关(设置-账号)
修改了刷新额度回调逻辑，修复了导入大量账号时会提示取消的问题

Fixed some bugs and improved user experience:
Refreshing was slow after importing a large number of accounts, so a switch to prevent automatic refresh after import was added (Settings - Account).
The refresh limit callback logic was modified, fixing the issue where a cancel prompt would appear when importing a large number of accounts.
