1.1. Context

The Ukrainian non-profit charitable organization 'Victory Center' provides hippotherapy to Ukrainian veterans, their family members, and children affected by the war in Ukraine.

The main goal of the organization is to help people affected by the war recover psychologically through interaction with horses (hippotherapy).

The organization operates solely with the support of sponsors and donors. The primary donors and sponsors are foreign organizations and private individuals.

To effectively attract new sponsors, the organization needs a presentation website that will showcase its activities, programs, and initiatives, and offer options to make one-time donations or become regular sponsors of its programs.

1.2. Project Goals

To create a modern presentation website that should fulfill the following objectives:

• Ensure transparency and public visibility of activities

• Promote programs (hippotherapy, equine-assisted prevention)

• Attract participants, partners, and donors

• Provide access to reports and policies

• Sell merchandise to support the initiative

• Automate management processes

Educational goal of the project:

• A platform for internships and practical training for students of higher education institutions, etc.

• Preparation of junior professionals (developers, designers, analysts, project managers) for future employment at SoftServe by providing hands-on experience, mentorship, and the development of technical skills.

1.3. Key Outcomes

• The website visually and functionally matches the approved design

• The website has no critical bugs — forms and buttons work without errors according to the requirements

• All website content is fully uploaded and displayed correctly as specified

• A content management function is implemented via an admin panel

1.4. Project Constraints

• The website should not include complex technological solutions in order to minimize the risk of future errors.

• The website must be maintainable by a user without technical skills.

Website and logo design

Purpose

Create a modern, visually appealing, and user-friendly website that reflects the organization's values, builds trust, and motivates action (donation, participation in programs, partnerships, etc.)

• Develop the visual style of the website (colors, fonts, etc.)
• Design the organization’s logo
• Design key pages and ensure responsiveness for mobile devices

Event Management

Purpose

Enable creation and efficient management of public events, including application intake and history tracking

• Admin can create separate event landing pages with descriptions, images, and registration forms (optional)
• Events move to archive manually or automatically after completion and remain viewable in the "Event Archive" section

Merch Store

Purpose

Create an additional fundraising channel by selling organizational merchandise via the website

• Dedicated “Shop” section where the admin can manage products (add/edit/delete items, descriptions, photos, prices, availability)
• Users can browse the catalog, filter products, and pay through an integrated payment system

Purpose

Provide convenient, secure, and scalable website content management without requiring technical specialists
