Self-hosting package for Ubuntu 26.04 (and any system with Node.js 20+).

The package holds our code only (about 0.5 MB). During install it fetches the pinned
Node.js dependencies with npm ci, so it needs internet access. Requires ZFS: every
sandbox is its own dataset with a hard quota and compression; the server refuses to
start otherwise. Read "Going public" in the README before exposing it.

Also in this release: an optional token-budget router for llama-server GPUs
(itamos-llm-router), titles from any OpenAI-compatible summarizer with whole
paragraphs (never cut), Markdown blank lines kept on edit, symlink-safe sandboxes.
