Breaking changes

Regardless of the AWS account, the Lambda functions idea_html2pdf and idea_html2pdf_viaS3Bucket must have a prod alias, because from now on it is forcefully used by this plugin.

For CDK projects, we updated the back-end/deploy/media-stack.ts so that it creates and configures the Lambda functions versions automatically.
