⚡ Fix: Corrected DOCSIS 3.1 Upstream thresholds

• Safety Update: Lowered the Tolerated/Monthly limits for DOCSIS 3.1 Upstream channels to match Vodafone specifications correctly.
• Previous values were too permissive (allowing up to 50 dBmV FritzBox display = 56 dBmV real).
• New limits:
  • Good: < 41.0 dBmV
  • Tolerated: < 42.0 dBmV
  • Monthly: < 44.0 dBmV
  • Immediate: > 44.0 dBmV
