Settings Page Redesign

• Replaced horizontal pill tabs with a sidebar navigation matching the dashboard layout
• 8 dedicated sections: Modem, General, Notifications, Speedtest, BQM, Smokeping, MQTT, Appearance
• Green status dots indicate configured integrations
• Sticky topbar shows active section name
• Single global save button in sticky footer
• Hash-based navigation (#modem, #mqtt, etc.)
• Mobile responsive: sidebar becomes a slide-out overlay at <= 768px
• Enable/disable dropdowns replaced with toggle switches

Webhook Notifications

• New notification dispatcher for event-driven webhook alerts
• Supports ntfy, Discord, Gotify, and custom HTTP POST endpoints
• Per-event cooldowns and severity filtering
• Test notification button in settings
• Integrated into modem and demo collectors

Demo Mode Privacy

• Private integration URLs (BQM, Smokeping, Speedtest, MQTT, Notifications) are hidden on the settings page in demo mode
• Prevents accidental exposure of personal infrastructure URLs
• Save operation in demo mode preserves hidden values
