Fix

Skipped import rows are now visible: Previously, rows without a valid date were silently counted as "X skipped (no valid date)" with no way to fix them. Now they appear in the preview table with a red "no date" badge and an inline date picker. Users can manually assign a date to include these rows in the import.

Also includes updated light mode screenshot and documentation updates (wiki + README) for the v2026-02-17.6 features.
