Upstream Modulation Color Coding on Live Dashboard

Follow-up to v2026-02-18.5 (upstream modulation health assessment). The modulation column in the upstream channel table is now color-coded:

  • Green: 32-QAM+ (normal)
  • Amber: 8-QAM / 16-QAM (degraded)
  • Red: 4-QAM / QPSK (critical, upstream interferer indicator)

Changes

  • Modulation <td> uses val-good / val-warn / val-crit CSS classes (same as power and SNR columns)
  • Status badge tooltip now includes modulation issue description (e.g. "Modulation critically degraded (upstream interferer)")
  • Translations for ch_modulation_critical and ch_modulation_warning in en, de, fr, es
