New Modem: Arris CM3500B (#77)

Adds driver support for the Arris CM3500B DOCSIS 3.1 / EuroDOCSIS 3.0 cable modem (Commscope/Arris Touchstone family).

Features

  • HTML table scraping from /cgi-bin/status_cgi (no JSON API)
  • Form-based authentication (IP-based session, no cookies required)
  • All 4 channel tables: Downstream QAM, Downstream OFDM, Upstream QAM, Upstream OFDM
  • Device info: Hardware model and system uptime
  • Setup defaults: Pre-fills http://192.168.100.1 when selected
