New Modem Drivers

  • Netgear CM3000 (cm3000) -- HTTP Basic Auth, JavaScript-embedded channel data. Standalone DOCSIS 3.1 modem with SC-QAM + OFDM/OFDMA support.
  • Arris SURFboard S33/S34/SB8200 (surfboard) -- HNAP1 JSON API with two-phase HMAC-SHA256 authentication. Covers three popular US-market standalone modems sharing the same interface.

Improvements

  • Dashboard renamed to Home, channel controls consolidated into a single row, mode tabs aligned with controls bar
  • QPSK displayed as 4QAM for consistency across the modulation column
  • Modem support request template now requires HAR file, screenshot, and firmware version
  • Sidebar reordered, dashboard icon updated, simplified channel detail URL

Bug Fixes

  • LLM export and PDF report now translate issue keys (e.g. snr_critical) to human-readable labels in all 4 languages instead of showing raw keys (#166)
  • German complaint letter no longer has a trailing comma after "Mit freundlichen Grüßen" (#167)
  • Sample density calculation uses actual poll cadence instead of hardcoded interval
  • Degraded channel threshold fixed for correct health classification
