Fixes

• Calendar: desktop layout overflow -- On wide monitors (1440p+), the calendar grid stretched across the entire screen, pushing the appointment form off-viewport. Calendar now caps at a reasonable width and form fields stay contained within the panel. (#131)
• Backup directory permissions -- Fixed volume mount permissions for the backup directory in Docker deployments. Added entrypoint script with proper directory initialization. (#132)
