This bugfix release cleans up app metadata and aligns project settings for automatic updates.

🔧 Fixes & Improvements

  • Version Alignments: Incremented internal application marketing version to 1.0.2 to support version comparison compatibility in the Update Manager.
  • Notification Alert String Cleanups: Corrected the notification permission string to refer to "games, tournaments, and updates" instead of Tv/show "episodes".
  • Launch Category Corrected: Updated the macOS launch category from Entertainment to Games so it is cataloged correctly on your Mac.
  • Handoff Activities Fixed: Updated Apple Handoff activity types from .watch to .play to match the Chess.com wrapper context.

📦 Installation

  1. Download Chess.com.dmg from this release (or find it directly in your local Downloads folder).
  2. Open the DMG and drag Chess.com to your Applications folder.
