This release fixes app icon rendering across all macOS appearance modes.

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Dark Mode Icon Fix: The app icon now correctly adapts to dark mode instead of showing a white background.
  • Transparent Icon Background: Removed the baked-in white background from the icon. macOS now handles the squircle background natively, ensuring correct behaviour across all four icon modes — Default, Dark, Tinted, and Clear.
  • Tinted Mode Fix: Icon no longer shows an odd white fill when a colour tint is applied in System Settings.

📦 Installation

  1. Download Chess.com.dmg from this release (or find it directly in your local Downloads folder).
  2. Open the DMG and drag Chess.com to your Applications folder.
