Lots of updates, now in a shippable state.

• Timer controls moved into the session card as icons (reset / play-pause / skip)
• Vibration on start/pause, with a toggle
• Editable Pomodoro stages: work / short / long break durations and rounds
• Behaviour toggles: off when upright, pause on pickup, auto-resume when set down
• Brightness shown as 10 stages; separate running/paused levels
• Reset-shake strength and hold time are tunable
• Dot-matrix "25" app + toy icon
• Back gesture returns to the home screen
