All Code v0.2.0

Hermes Agent joins Claude Code, OpenCode, and Codex in the All Code workspace. The Hermes route uses ACP for model discovery, persistent sessions, permission requests, and task delegation. Documentation and terminal previews now reflect the four-agent interface. Download the attached allcode-0.2.0.tgz package and install it with npm install -g ./allcode-0.2.0.tgz.
