Add installed coding-agent discovery on Windows, macOS, and Linux; reviewed local adapter generation; shared skill installation; and responsive startup. Custom adapters and registrations remain outside the npm package across updates. Install the attached tarball with npm install -g ./allcode-0.3.1.tgz.
