Version 0.2.5: get a Messages pairing code with the system TLS.

The pairing request used ureq's default rustls, which this build does not include, so it stopped before a QR code existed. A failure there is now said in the sign-in sheet instead of leaving it on "Getting a code".

The libc crate does not declare mktime or _mkgmtime on that target, which stopped the GUI build.
