Features & Improvements

  • OS Fixes: Fixed Ubuntu locale support.
  • Package Management: Added pip and pipx support at the source level.
  • Lyrics Sync & Animation:
    • Added support for full, line-by-line, word-by-word, and letter-by-letter synced lyrics.
    • Added options to isolate and display only the active line or active word.
  • Modularity: yt-dlp and syncedlyrics are now called via Python scripts to enable easy user-side modifications.

Platform Support

  • Fully tested and supported on Linux and Android.
  • Added experimental support for macOS (via community PR) Windows (untested on local hardware).
