New experimental test262 runner (usage: conformance/test262.py <binary>), as well as rewritten benchmarking and conformance test runner scripts.

New binaries:

• derkjs: toy C++ engine (repo)
• jsse: agent-coded Rust engine that passes nearly 100% test262 (repo)
• stator: Rust engine (repo)
• zuqe: Rust engine (repo)
• chakracore_262: RelWithDebInfo build of ChakraCore for test262
• escargot_262: escargot binary with $262 and experimental features enabled: Temporal, ShadowRealm, tail-call-optimization
• quickjs_262 / quickjs-ng_262: their run-test262 binary with $262 object needed for test262
