Staticfile Buildpack v1.7.0-beta - cflinuxfs5 Support
Adds support for the cflinuxfs5 stack to the staticfile buildpack.

✅ Updated scripts to recognize cflinuxfs5 stack

Testing
Integration tests have been run and verified on Docker platform with cflinuxfs5 stack.
