Gideon v2.4.0.0

• Updated to .NET 8.0, and included the framework in the program; no more dependencies required for the user, at the cost of a ~40MB larger size (~22MB zipped).
• Removed the complicated BAT file process that would encourage the user to download the right dependencies, given there aren't any anymore.
• Removed the PS4 button prompt feature, as they may simply be installed as a separate Gideon mod, such as this one that I made.
• Rewrote parts of the program to use the PromptPlus library for more comfortable handling.
• Updating a deployment now outputs a "last-update.txt" file with the date, which may be used by custom launchers etc. to base "auto-run Gideon" logic around.
• Removed some obnoxious dependencies for the file dialog and shortcut creation.
• If a Solo archive is found to be corrupted, it will be deleted and re-extracted instead of crashing out.
• Further improvements to packing/unpacking speed.
