This version does not contain a built-in bypass, so kaentake.exe looks for GMSv83_4GB.exe to start the game. But any localhost can be used by either dropping the localhost exe onto kaentake.exe, or providing the name of the localhost exe as a command line argument.

Provided Gr2D_DX9.dll is from GMS v95, and the replacement Gr2D_DX8.dll is a wrapper to redirect all COM interface calls to the DX9 interface in order to maintain compatibility while exposing the DX9 features.
