Pixel Tag Drawer v0.1.0

Pixel Tag Drawer is an Android companion for organizing and filtering launchable apps with your own tags while continuing to use Pixel Launcher. It is not a HOME launcher replacement.

• Tag creation, editing, assignment, and filtering for launchable apps
• Search and list/grid views
• Optional pinned shortcuts for a tag or untagged-app filter
• Name, recent-use, launch-count, and recommended sorting
• Backup / Restore: versioned JSON export and import of your tags, app-tag assignments, and app preferences (via Android's standard file picker) — useful for moving your data between installs

Usage Access

Usage Access is optional and is used only for recent-use, launch-count, and recommended sorting. Grant it manually in Android Settings. Without it, those modes fall back to name order; search and tag organization remain available.

Privacy and network scope

The current app does not request the INTERNET permission. UsageStats data is processed on-device. In the reviewed implementation, no analytics, telemetry, or upload feature was identified.

Installation and limitations

• This is a v0.1.0 pre-release distributed as a sideload APK, not through Google Play.
• Tested on Google Pixel 10a, including a full debug-to-release signing migration using this release's Backup/Restore feature. Other devices and launchers are unverified.
• Usage Access and pinned home-screen shortcuts are not included in Backup/Restore and must be reconfigured manually after a restore.
• Review the source, screenshots, and this release's checksum before installing.
