This commit fixes the CocoaPods installation failure where it incorrectly
identified the XCFramework as containing mixed linkage. Improvements include:
1. Removing overlapping source file patterns in the podspec.
2. Fixing missing or broken symlinks in the Mac Catalyst framework slice.
3. Explicitly linking Info.plist for better compatibility with target validation.
