Fix the curve auto-sort corrupting temperature data on save.

Changes:

  • Fix sortCurrentCurve aliasing bug: sorted values were written back in-place while reading from the same shared point objects. This produced duplicate temperature points and blocked saving whenever the automatic temperature sort was triggered.
  • README rewritten in the standard-readme format (badges, screenshots, three-part architecture, API reference).
