Monochrome SVG icon and offline notification.

Changes:

  • Replace the four PNG icons with a single monochrome fan.svg (release package shrinks from 507KB to 16KB). The system tray recolors the icon automatically on Plasma >= 6.3; the popup tints it with the theme text color.
  • Remove the separate offline icon. When the service is down, a desktop notification is shown after ~6 seconds of consecutive failed polls, rate-limited to once per minute.
  • fw_helper.py: new notify command backed by notify-send.
  • README: new badges, screenshots, three-part architecture; Changelog updated.
