Patch release to align the published streamer binary with the workspace after the forwarder stack refactor (#158).

Why ship this?

streamer-v1.1.1 predates #158. That work updated shared timer-core (TCP client pool and related networking), which streamer depends on. This release rebuilds and publishes artifacts at v1.1.2 so downloads match the current dependency graph.

Changes (indirect)

• timer-core: client pool and networking updates consumed by streamer.

Upgrade

Replace existing streamer binaries with the v1.1.2 assets for your platform. No configuration changes required.
