Removed

• Breaking: the document-type optimizer and the context-dependency analyzer are gone — IDocumentTypeOptimizer,
  DocumentTypeOptimizer, DocumentTypeInfo, DocumentCategory, DocumentStructuralElement, PerformanceMetrics and
  ContextDependencyAnalyzer. The pipeline never called them: chunking strategy resolution is FluxCurator's, and a chunk's
  context-dependency score comes from the chunker adapter. Migration: delete the use.

Documentation

• The README names the DI-free entry point and the image-prompt helper — DocumentProcessorFactoryBuilder.CreateDefault()
  and ImageExtractionPromptBuilder.BuildPrompt for IImageToTextService implementations.
