Breaking — FileFlux takes embeddings from the container's Microsoft.Extensions.AI IEmbeddingGenerator<string, Embedding<float>>; its own IEmbeddingService and EmbeddingPurpose are removed.Semantic chunking gets its embedder
from that generator through FluxCurator's EmbeddingGeneratorEmbedder (an IEmbedder registered before AddFileFlux()
still wins), so OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Ollama, IronHive and LMSupply generators work with no FileFlux-specific adapter. AddLMSupplyEmbedding now registers LMSupplyEmbedderService as that generator (it owns and disposes the model); MockEmbeddingService is removed. Migration: register an IEmbeddingGenerator<string, Embedding<float>> instead of an IEmbeddingService (for an implementation of your own, implement the generator interface or wrap your client with its
Microsoft.Extensions.AI adapter); code that called GenerateEmbeddingAsync(text, purpose) calls GenerateVectorAsync(text).
FluxCurator 0.15.0 -> 0.16.0: its generator embedder reads the dimension when it is used, so the IEmbedder FileFlux
builds from the container's generator no longer fails at resolution — and with it every FileFlux service — for a
generator that reports no dimension; only semantic chunking with it fails, naming the dimension to pass.
