Breaking — the Korean PII patterns cover the foreign registration number and the passport issued since 2021. PII_KO001 now matches the foreign registration number (the resident number's 13-digit shape with a 7th digit of 5-8),
and PII_KO005 matches the R and O passport prefixes and the new letter + 3 digits + letter + 4 digits form
(M123A4567) when a passport label (여권, passport) comes before it — the bare shape is common in part and order
codes, so it is not matched alone. Inputs and responses carrying these numbers now get the action their severity sets
(a foreign registration number blocks in input, as a resident number does; a passport number flags in input and blocks in
output) where they passed before. To keep the old behaviour for one of them, set its action, e.g. o.PIIExposureActions["KoreanPassport"] = PIIAction.Ignore.
PII_KO004 reads an English license label too — the bare twelve digits of a Korean driver's license after driver's license / driving licence are matched as they were after 운전면허.
