MetadataFilterMatcher.DocumentIds: the document ids a filter's FilterKeys.DocumentId entry allows (null when the
filter has none, or admits a missing id). A store that can look rows up by document id resolves the scope first, so a
scoped search costs what the scope costs.
Changed
A folder or file scope on the SQLite vector store no longer scans every stored vector. When the KNN window cannot
fill topK under a FilterKeys.DocumentId scope, the exact scan now reads only the scope's vectors (resolved through
the DocumentId index) instead of all of them. Measured over 6,000 chunks, topK 10: a 100-document scope went from
~65 ms to ~19 ms (unscoped ~6 ms). The answer is unchanged. A scope written as another metadata key still scans
everything.
