Changed

• The SQLite vector store (SQLiteVectorStore) and the quantized store load only a document scope's vectors. Both read
  every stored vector into memory for each search. Under a FilterKeys.DocumentId scope they now ask the DocumentId
  index for the scope's rows only. The quantized store also matches the filter before scoring, so it no longer scores
  chunks the filter drops. Answers are unchanged.
