Breaking

• ILookupResolver.ResolveLookupValuesAsync and IRollupResolver.ResolveRollupValuesAsync are
  removed. Lookup and rollup values resolve through JOINs and correlated subqueries built at
  query time; these two methods queried target-table metadata, built the enriched records, and
  then discarded the result, returning their input unchanged — nothing called them. An
  implementation of either interface that still overrides these methods needs to drop them;
  nothing else in the public surface changes.

Fixed

• /export/xlsx produced a corrupted file. The endpoint wrote tab-separated text into a file
  declared as .xlsx with the OOXML spreadsheet content type — Excel, openpyxl, and the client
  SDKs all failed to open the result. It now writes a real workbook.
• A project list's TotalCount reported the current page's row count, not the true total. A
  caller computing page count from it saw exactly one page as soon as the project count passed the
  page size; a real count query now backs the field, matching every other paginated endpoint in
  the service.
• A computed default only matched a bare field name. Its own documentation and the schema both
  describe arithmetic expressions (field1 + field2, field1 * 0.1), but only an exact match
  against a single field name ever resolved — any expression containing an operator silently
  returned null. A minimal evaluator now covers one binary + - * / between two operands, each a
  field reference or a numeric literal; anything outside that grammar still returns null, as
  before.
• A view's join conditions and computed expressions passed logical column and table names
  straight through into SQL, unlike the rest of a view definition, which already translated them
  to physical names. Fixing that surfaced a second, deeper bug shared with the parts that already
  translated: a dotted table.column reference resolved its SQL qualifier to the table's logical
  name rather than the alias or physical name the query's FROM/JOIN clause actually introduces
  — correct only by coincidence when a join's alias matched its logical name, and a Postgres
  "missing FROM-clause entry" error otherwise. Every translated surface of a view now resolves
  through one logical-name-to-SQL-qualifier map built from the view's base table and joins.
• RedisSchemaCache's invalidate-all operation logged a warning and deleted nothing —
  IDistributedCache has no clear-by-prefix primitive. It now scans and deletes every key under
  the cache's namespace through the underlying connection.

• Dependencies brought current across the board, including StackExchange.Redis 2.8.16 → 3.1.31
  (major — verified against its only direct consumer's tests and the full suite, both green).
• A published package's license, tags, and project URL are now set consistently for every package;
  one package was previously missing a project URL.
