Added a configuration file to let users customize some values of the tools and armor.

THIS IS A SPECIAL EDITION as requested by a friend! THIS IS NOT A REGULAR RELEASE!
This version behaves fairly different than the regular versions, so please stick to v1.0.1 for now, until a newer version is released.
If, however, you would like the tools and the armor to be an extraordinary amount stronger than they are regularly, you may still try this.

UltimateTools_v1.0.1

This release contains a new set of armor, which might be referred to as "ultimate armor". The armor set includes all four pieces of armor that default Minecraft has (helmet, chestplate, leggings, boots).
