v0.0.10: Adds socket size option for packet capture

Introduces a `socketSize` option to the `NodeWinPcap` constructor,
allowing users to configure the socket buffer size.

This change enables users to fine-tune the amount of data buffered,
potentially improving packet capture performance,
especially on high-traffic networks.

The default socket size is set to 256KB.
