Captcha Bot v0.1.0

This initial release of the Captcha Bot provides the following updates from the initial fork:

• Update discord.py to version 2.5 or compatible.
• Convert critical bot functions to modern Discord slash commands.
• Add numerous checks to bot functions to drastically lessen the previous practices that assumed the bot had Administrator permissions. (Not guaranteed to be finished!)
• Increase configurability of Captcha functions and add a flexible amount of tries given before kicking the user.
• Many smaller bug fixes.

New functionality is expected soon to continue adding configurability and to backport a few commands deemed non-essential during initial development.
