j3w1zsh v1.0.0

This is the first stable release of j3w1zsh, a public, reproducible shell-first workstation framework for native official Arch Linux, official Arch Linux under Windows WSL 2, and native Termux on Android.

The release candidate was accepted on real WSL 2 and native Termux devices. Package-manager software and supported rolling tools continue to follow their official rolling channels; this release does not claim to freeze every package version observed during acceptance.
