First public release.

What's in it

  • The method: brief → music map (spectrogram is the edit) → reference contact sheets → three style frames → protagonist shot map → build → render → verify → iterate by timestamp.
  • scripts/: one-command setup.sh, analyze_music.py (tempo, beat grid, onsets, spectrogram), render-fast.js (parallel headless render, stills mode, audio mux), contact_sheet.sh, ref_frames.sh (yt-dlp → 24-frame sheet), Vision cutout.swift / faces.swift.
  • assets/template/: runnable 8-second demo, motion-lib.js (easing, squash/stretch, doodle line boil, pen-written text, metaballs, halftone, 3D card ring, sticker outlines…), OFL handwriting fonts for EN/VI/ZH/JA/KO.
  • references/: sourcing guide, technique sheets, aesthetic checklist, lessons.
