v0.1.2 — track core ^0.12.0

Bumps the @vibecompass/vibecompass dependency to ^0.12.0 so the MCP server's local reads run against current core. The previously published 0.1.1 pinned ^0.1.0 (27 releases behind), which stranded local reads on an outdated project-memory layout. No other changes.

Publish @vibecompass/vibecompass-mcp@0.1.2 to npm to deliver this fix to users.
