What changed

• The CLI can serve a local hub. Every release before this one shipped a hive whose hub and bots subcommands parsed and then refused at runtime, so a member could pair and run cards but could never serve their own vault or appear as an agent.
• The Den carries the Fenrir mark.
• Local vault migrations are identified by name rather than by a hand-allocated counter.
• A workspace lock no longer reports a checkout as taken when its previous owner has just released it.
• A model server's refusal now says what was actually wrong instead of only the HTTP status.

Built from jackcanon/OH-Hive-src at v0.4.2. Assets are byte-identical to that release; SHA256SUMS verified before upload.
