• pin BusyBox 1.36.1 util-linux/cal.c as checksum-bound license and attribution evidence
• bind the enabled CONFIG_CAL=y applet and /usr/bin/cal -> /bin/busybox RootFS mapping to its complete Berkeley BSD-3-Clause notice
• advance the reviewed candidate counts from 25/85 to 26/86 while keeping BusyBox coverage partial and all legal/redistribution gates closed
• update validators, regression tests, generated compliance evidence, checksums, changelogs, and bilingual documentation
