Add Quick Start iPhone and iPad UI closure

• add Quick Start UI automation for both public Terminal and Files entry points
• verify cold auto-boot and a real PTY-created file through Files preview on iPhone and iPad
• share bounded Simulator setup, xcresult diagnostics, and cleanup with the Host App runner
• update CI, testing docs, changelogs, and reproducible release-compliance evidence
